Overview | What is Adaptive?

Welcome to Adaptive! We're so excited to have you here. Adaptive is a platform created to streamline your construction finances using Quickbooks integration and machine learning. Our platform is available online with a mobile application for easy expense submission. Let's give you a quick tour of our main modules:

Expenses 

This is where you’ll begin compiling all receipts for payments. You can submit via our mobile app (download on the App store or Google Play ) or through your desktop browser. We’ll push any new expenses you upload to Adaptive to your Quickbooks. 

The search feature allows you to locate specific transactions or vendors. You can download a log of expenses from this module as well.

Bills

Here is the collection of your invoices and bills, synced with Quickbooks. New bills can be added by dragging and dropping the files or by forwarding them to your personalized Adaptive inbox – you can find the address at the top of your Bills module. Adaptive then uses AI to automatically extract all the bill's information so you don't have to do any manual data entry

Similar to the Expenses module, the search feature allows you to locate specific transactions or vendors.

Vendors

Keep track of all vendors you work with here by adding their contact information, ACH bank details for payment, and even COI and insurance documents.

Purchase Orders 

Open new PO’s and close old ones in the Purchase Order module. You’ll be able to search for a specific PO at the top to check the status of completion.

Settings

Inside your Settings, you'll be able to adjust your Notification settings, add your bank account for payment, invite your teammates, and more.
